Work outside the home region carries a two-day minimum engagement because a team that travels that far is committed to your site for the trip. Where that boundary falls depends on distance and travel, so give us the address of the site and we will tell you which side of it you are on before you raise anything.
2. Documents We Provide on Request

- Your own vendor packet, filled in and returned.
Ask by email or by phone. Name the documents you need, the entity name they have to be made out to, and the date your process is working to; they come back completed.

3. Sending Us a Vendor Packet
Send forms to info@k9ids.com. Our contact form takes no attachments, so email is the route for anything you need signed and returned.
Include the name of the facility, the person the completed forms should go back to, and any date the packet is tied to. If your organization registers vendors through a supplier portal rather than by email, send the invitation to the same address.
4. Scope of the Work, and Where It Stops
A visit screens property inside a scope agreed beforehand. One handler works one dog through the areas named in that scope, and the dog signals passively at the source.
We screen property, not people. Our handlers do not search, detain, or question anyone, and the dogs are not trained for apprehension, patrol, or protection work. We do not open, move, or take custody of anything. Anything the dog signals on is pointed out to the contact you designate, and what happens after that is your organization’s decision under your own policies and counsel — including whether law enforcement is involved. We do not contact law enforcement on your behalf unless you have asked us to in writing.
Detection is a screening layer, not a guarantee: no method — canine, electronic, or human — finds every item of interest every time, and a visit that produces no alert does not establish that a facility is clear. Clause 3 of our Terms of Use sets that out in full.
5. Insurance, Indemnity, and Contracting
A certificate of insurance is available on request. Tell us the certificate holder exactly as it has to appear, along with any wording or endorsement your process requires, and we will have the certificate issued that way — or tell you it cannot be, before you commit to anything.
Insurance, indemnity, and liability obligations for actual work are set by a written service agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement is where they belong. Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a contract, and where the two differ the signed agreement controls. Our Terms of Use govern the website itself.
6. Site Information and Confidentiality
Keep floor plans, security assessments, camera coverage, and personnel details out of a first email. Describe the site in general terms, and we will agree a secure channel with you before anything sensitive is sent.
The written record of a visit goes to the contact you designate, and to no one else, unless you ask us to share it or the law requires it. What this website itself collects, and how long it is kept, is in our Privacy Policy.
